UPDATE! The newly seated Hampton Ridge HOA has elected to grant an ASSESSMENT REDUCTION (from $350 to $300) for 2010, but you must pay in full by March 31, 2010 to qualify! If you had already paid in full, a refund will be issued. The two(2) payment plan is still available, but to qualify for the reduction your final payment must be made by March 31, 2010.
UPDATE! Hampton Ridge has been Google "Street View" scanned! Apparently much of it (if not all) was done on a Monday between Memorial Day and July 25th of 2008 (pool was open and personalized front license plate not on my car yet). Check out http://maps.google.com and type in the address "10341 Sam Furr RD Huntersville NC 28078" to see the entrance.
