Meeting Time/Place: Random (roughly every 4-6 weeks). Contact a board member for details of the next meeting.Covenants and Legal Committee. This committee will be responsible for covenant enforcement legal matters as they relate to the community. This committee will be responsible for review of homeowner property and building alterations requiring review as defined in the covenants. Downloads: Form - Request for Architectural Review(30k) Finance Committee. This committee will be responsible for leading the Board's budgeting and other fiscal activities. Further this committee will maintain oversight in the matter of dues collection and will financially administer any contract entered into by the Board. Downloads: Document - Delinquent Collection Procedures(3k) Pool Committee. This committee will handle all matters relating to the neighborhood pool's physical property and maintenance, and will oversee any contractors that are or may be hired relating to its scope of responsibility. Communications Committee. This committee will publish the newsletter, coordinate the neighborhood directory and oversee matters relating to the official web site. Social Committee. This committee will coordinate and host all official neighborhood social functions. Landscape Committee. This committee will oversee common grounds landscaping and beautification, and will oversee any contractors that are or may be hired relating to its scope of responsibility. |
